Where is the actual up to date guide on using Stitch!

I keep trying to do simple things like having the X button simply return to whatever page called it.

When I ask the Gemini app it tells me to use the Interaction panel.

When I ask Gemini in the Stitch app it tells me that this is now called the Prototype tab in the right-hand sidebar.

Neither is true.
