When will Google starts reviewing/processing the competition submissions, is it immediately after each submission or after the deadline?

I am asking because I made a few changes to the code I uploaded to my Google drive - and that I added the link to my submission - yesterday, and I originally did my submission 3 days ago, and I am scared that my old code would be used instead of the updated one, because the old one contains a bug in a critical place in the application

A follow up questions - if I share GitHub link for my source code and make UI updates after the competition deadline, will I be judged based on latest entry or as of Aug 12th (or as of submission date)?

They allow editing the form after submission so it’s safe to assume that the review starts after submission deadline is over. Just a logical guess.
