I’d love to get an official answer for this. For other quotas, historically, people have observed that daily quotas are reset at midnight US Pacific time (currently UTC-0700). ---

You’re correct - daily quotas are reset at midnight US Pacific time. ---

So if I hit my limit this means I can’t use Gemini again until 3:00 a.m. eastern standard time? Or does that change and how do we know when the women has been lifted? ---

It could be on a 24 hour schedule of when the rates where breached. Mine certainly does not refresh at midnight. ---

The boundary is midnight Pacific Time Zone.
