I’m a Ultra subscriber and paying $99 a month is something I am willing to do but when I have nearly 4 days of quota taken away without either being reimbursed or having my quota reset when the refresh day is pushed back by 4 days that is not acceptable.
I tried to submit the feedback through the Antigravity program as pictured above but it just give an error so have to do this publicly through here.
For the last several months I have had the exact same weekly quota reset of Friday at approximately 2PM CST. I’ve managed my quota usage around that and even upgraded to ultra because I needed to make sure my quota would not deplete when I needed it.
Then today I check my weekly quota % and refresh time and am surprised to see it shows 5 days and 22 hours till weekly refresh. That’s 4 days later than normal. Then notice my quota is still just a little lower than it was yesterday as I haven’t had too much heavy usage today at 77%.
With my typical usage my typical Friday refresh would have had an almost zero chance of running out but now that I have almost a full week to go till the refresh I may run out or have to severely limit my activities.
Can anyone at Google explain why my months long quota refresh schedule was pushed bay 5 days and if it was to align schedules on Googles end why was my quota not refreshed when the date was shifted?
By not refreshing the quota you would in essence be stealing a full 5 days of quota from me which would equate to about $16.50 out of my $99 I am paying monthly.
Please either reinstate my original refresh time and date or replenish my quota due to your rescheduling my refresh date.
You can check my account logs probably going back weeks and months to confirm my previous Friday refresh and my current Tuesday afternoon refresh scheduled.
