I am requesting a manual review of my Gemini API project because its Free Tier access is currently restricted.
Google AI Studio shows:
Billing Tier: Unavailable
Status: Restricted
Gemini API requests from my application return HTTP 403 PERMISSION_DENIED.
I am developing VitaCore AI, a wellness and fitness application, for legitimate development and testing.
I would like to use the eligible Gemini API Free Tier and do not want to enable paid billing.
My Gemini API key is configured as a server-side secret in Google AI Studio, and the Gemini API is enabled for my Google Cloud project.

Please manually review my project/account and let me know why Free Tier access has been restricted and whether the restriction can be removed.
