Was creating videos and Google AI Studio site crashed. All videos have disappeared. Spoke to support and internal team says this is due to privacy of the videos not showing. It was a lie as I went into another video history - and those videos was in there.
Paid for credits and now no videos to show for the used credits. Speak to support.
It’s pretty bad for one of the larges companies to lose data. I’d expect more.
I ask for a refund on credits - but no one will take responsibility.
