"Verify your account" errors when accessing Gemini API via OAuth (antigravity) credentials

Hi Google AI team,.

I’m encountering persistent errors when trying to use the Gemini API with my Google accounts via OAuth authentication and google ai studio

Account : su**************@gmail.com

  • Error: Verify your account to continue / Failed to create interaction: permission denied. Please try again.
  • No verification prompt appears when I log into google ai studio
  • The account appears to be restricted at the antigravity/AI Studio backend level

Questions:

  1. How can I resolve the “Verify your account” error for the second account when no verification prompt appears anywhere?
  2. Are there additional scopes or permissions I need to enable on my Google accounts to use Gemini models through OAuth?

I’ve already tried:

  • Re-authenticating / re-authorizing the OAuth tokens
  • Checking for verification prompts (none found)

Any help would be appreciated. Happy to provide more diagnostic info if needed.

Have you tried clearing the OAuth file? It’s a single OAth token and an optional ggoolr_accounts.json. If you can’t find them, lemme know.
