I purchased $10 prepaid credits for Google AI Studio/Veo using Cloud Billing.
Google Billing Support already confirmed that:

the payment was successful,

the credits are active,
-
and they are linked to billing account 01F02B-B029E2-130DB0.
However, AI Studio still shows “No credits” and every Veo request returns:
“Failed to generate video: user has exceeded quota.”
I already:

linked the paid API key,
-
verified the billing account,
-
used the correct project,
-
retried in incognito mode,
-
and waited for synchronization.
Billing Support said this may be an AI Studio/Veo synchronization issue and asked me to contact the developer community.
Has anyone experienced this or found a fix?
