Veo 3.1 Fast false Celebrity filter on authorized adult portraits — production allowlist review

We are preparing HeySiggy Portrait Lab, a paid product that creates subtle four-second animations from ordinary adult business portraits.

Production project: gen-lang-client-06322528..
Region: us-central1
Model: veo-3.1-fast-generate-001
Support code: 15236754

A safe adult business portrait was rejected as Celebrity. The subject is not a public figure and the request is not intended to impersonate anyone. Customers must confirm they are the person shown or have permission to use the portrait, and requests use personGeneration=allow_adult.

The failed request used the same portrait as the first and last frame and asked only for natural blinking and a subtle smile. We have already implemented consent attestation, server-side authorization checks, and no-charge handling for filtered output.

Could the Google team please:

  1. Review this false positive.
  2. Confirm whether this production project requires or is eligible for the relevant Veo person/celebrity allowlist.
  3. Advise the correct allowlist/escalation path for a production portrait-animation product.
  4. Confirm whether any supported request metadata can help reduce false positives without weakening safety.

I can provide the source portrait, operation ID, and complete request/response privately to a Google staff member.
