Dear Antigravity Team and Community,
I am writing this here because all other official support channels have completely failed. I have been experiencing a systemic breakdown of the platform for over a week, and there is currently no way to report it through the official tools.
1. Persistent Service Outage: For a full week, I have been constantly receiving the “Our servers are experiencing high traffic right now” error. Simple tasks like parsing a 900-line file are failing for hours with “Agent execution terminated due to error.”
2. Broken In-App Feedback: When I try to report this via the IDE’s “Send Feedback” tool, the form stays stuck on “Submitting…” for over 3 hours. It is impossible to send logs or bug reports from within the product.
3. Automated Support Loop: I sent a direct email to support, only to receive a “noreply” automated response telling me to use the (broken) in-app feedback form or check the FAQ. This is an unacceptable support loop that ignores the core issue.
I am a professional relying on this tool, and being unable to work for days while being ignored by automated bots is unacceptable. We need a human response and an immediate fix for both the server capacity and the feedback mechanism.
