Urgent: Tier 3 dropped to Tier 1 despite €1000+ spend

“My account has spent over €1,000 in total, with a recent successful payment of €500 on April 12th. I meet all Tier 3 requirements, but my account was incorrectly downgraded to Tier 1. This is urgent for my production environment. Please restore my Tier 3 status.”

This has happened to us as well. Yesterday it came back to normal within 30 minutes but it has happened again today. Any updates?
