[Urgent] Tier 1 Account: 429 Resource Exhausted despite 0% Quota Usage

Hello,

I am experiencing a persistent “429 Too Many Requests” error even though I have upgraded to Tier 1 (Pay-as-you-go).

Symptoms:

  • Getting “Resource Exhausted” (429) on every request.

  • My Quota dashboard shows my limit is 2,000 RPM and 4,000,000 TPM.

  • Actual usage is almost 0% (0.03%).

  • Creating a new API key did not resolve the issue.

I have attached screenshots of my Billing Tier and Quota Dashboard showing the mismatch. It seems like my account status isn’t being synced correctly with the API gateway (Ghost 429 issue).

Could you please check my account flags and sync my Tier 1 status?
