Urgent - Request for Tier Upgrade

HI Team - This is wrt support case 719453…

We have placed a request for a tier upgrade as our usage has already started increasing. Last month itself our bill was more than $400 but the amount of API failures are huge. Moreover, despite our usage increasing, our account was in-fact downgraded without any clear reasons. Kindly look into this asap so that we can connect this account to our production environment. Our expected monthly usage is going to be upwards of $1000/month.

Hello @Yogesh_Joshi,

This is very likely caused by an issue which is currently only visible in Google Cloud console. We’re working to move visibility of this into AI Studio. To resolve this:

  • Open the Cloud console & select your project
  • You should see a banner which explains the issue / may allow you to appeal
