[URGENT] Quota Sync Failure – Account stuck at 20% despite inactivity

I am reporting a persistent quota synchronization error on my account. Despite not using the Anti-Gravity platform for 5 consecutive days (March 8–13), my “Weekly Baseline” quota dropped suddenly to 20% and has remained at this level until today (March 15).

Steps already taken:

  • Performed “Force Refresh Quota Status” (did not resolve the issue).

  • Relogged and cleared cache/tokens.

  • Waited for the 4-hour “Auto-Restore” window announced on March 13 – no change.

Expected behavior: The quota should reflect the 5-day inactivity period and reset to the full baseline (100%) or at least reflect the unused credits from the previous cycle.

Request: Please manually trigger a “Quota Recalculation” for my User ID and apply the promised compensation credits (as per the March 13th announcement regarding incident AG-SYNC-ERROR-MARCH26).

Hello,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

To provide you with greater control and a seamless path to scale, we are evolving our Google AI plans by introducing built-in AI credits that can now be utilized directly within Antigravity.

Under this updated structure, our Google AI Pro tier is tailored for practical builders, offering generous limits for Gemini Flash alongside a baseline quota to experience our most advanced premium models. For developers operating at the highest scale who require consistent, high-volume access to our most complex models, Google AI Ultra serves as the ideal comprehensive solution.
Furthermore, we’ve designed these plans with maximum flexibility in mind; if you are on the Pro plan and require additional capacity or deeper premium access for intensive development sprints, you can seamlessly top up your AI credits to customize your limits and continue shipping your best work without interruption.

Why do you even have the model refresh counters in the UX at all if it has no meaning? You seem to indicate that it does not actually report anything useful for the user because they are only supposed to “get a taste” of the more advanced models now on the pro subscription? While I could understand this for a free tier, I think a pro subscriber should at least get more quota.
