I am writing because I am currently experiencing Error Code 253 (Quota Exceeded) on my account. As a [Pro/Ultra] subscriber, I should have access to higher limits, but the system is incorrectly flagging me with a lockout that is preventing me from completing my projects.
I appreciate the hard work you’re doing to manage the Labs’ experimental features, but this “glitch” is currently a total blocker for my work. Since this appears to be a backend sync issue and not a true over-usage on my part, I am requesting that a moderator or dev manually refresh my account’s quota or escalate this to the engineering team immediately.
I have already tried clearing my cache and restarting, but the error persists. I would appreciate a swift resolution so I can get back to using the tools I am subscribed to.
