I am a Google AI Pro subscriber experiencing the persistent 7-day lockout bug (Ref: AG-859). Despite my Pro status, the IDE is treating me as a Free Tier user with a weekly baseline.

Auth: Isolated my default browser to a single Google Profile (Pro Account only).

Usage: Hit the “15-file limit” today, and it immediately jumped to a 160+ hour refresh timer.
This is clearly a server-side entitlement sync error. Could you please check my Gaia ID and perform a manual quota flush?
