Urgent: Paid Tier account locked with "Rate Limit" for 12+ hours - Possible Billing Export issue

I am reaching out because my Google AI Studio account has been completely locked with a “Rate Limit” error for more than 12 hours. I am a Paid Tier user, and I am using the Gemini 1.5 Pro model.

Details of the issue:

  • Duration: The lock has persisted for over 12 hours without resetting.

  • Account Status: I am on the Paid Tier with a valid billing account attached.

  • System Status: I noticed a warning in the Google Cloud Console regarding “Data delivery delays for Cloud Billing Exports to BigQuery.” I suspect this internal Google error is preventing AI Studio from verifying my paid status, thus forcing me into a “Free Tier” quota that is permanently exhausted.

  • Troubleshooting done: I have tried clearing cache, using Incognito mode, and switching between projects, but the “Rate Limit” remains even for simple single-word prompts.

I am in a critical phase of my project and need my quota to be manually refreshed or my billing link to be re-verified. Could someone from the engineering team please look into this?
