Hi Antigravity team and community,
I am a paid subscriber (AI Pro) completely locked out of using Antigravity due to a persistent backend authentication/project mapping issue.
Whenever I try to use any AI features within the IDE, the request fails because the underlying GCP project ID is missing from the payload. A newly registered free account works perfectly on the exact same machine, which isolates this strictly to a backend data mapping issue with my paid account.
1. The Error Logs:
2. Crucial Account Context (The likely culprit): I originally registered my Google account using a third-party email (408008556@qq.com), and later bound my current Gmail (wei8quan2bin5@gmail.com) as the primary alias. It appears that during this alias merge/SSO transition, the internal OAuth token lost its association with the auto-generated Google Cloud Project ID for my paid account.
3. Troubleshooting steps already taken (None worked):
-
Completely cleared the local
.antigravitycache and did a fresh re-onboarding. -
Hard revoked the OAuth access via
myaccount.google.com/connectionsand re-authenticated. -
Injected
ANTIGRAVITY_PROJECT_IDmanually via OS environment variables. -
Tried logging in using the old original email alias.
Could a Google engineer please look up my TraceID and manually restore or regenerate the Project ID mapping for my account? I am currently blocked from utilizing the Pro subscription I paid for.
Thanks in advance for your help!
