Hello Google Antigravity Team,
I am reporting a persistent login failure that is preventing me from using Antigravity on Windows 11. Despite being a Google One AI Premium (Gemini Advanced) subscriber, I am completely blocked from accessing the service.
Problem Description:
After clicking “Sign in with Google,” I am redirected to the browser where authentication is successful. However, upon returning to the application, it gets stuck and displays the following error:
“There was an unexpected issue setting up your account. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later.”
Environment:
-
OS: Windows 11
-
Account Type: Google One AI Premium / Gemini Advanced Subscriber
-
Region: Brazil
Troubleshooting steps I’ve already tried:
-
Complete uninstallation and clean reinstallation of the app.
-
Deleted local data folders (
.antigravityand%APPDATA%\Antigravity). -
Cleared browser cache and cookies.
-
Verified system time and timezone synchronization.
-
Removed Antigravity access from my Google Account security settings and re-authorized.
-
Tested on different network connections (Wi-Fi and mobile hotspot).
None of these steps resolved the issue. As a paying subscriber, this is quite frustrating as it seems to be a server-side account provisioning error or a subscription sync mismatch on Google’s end.
I’ve seen many other users reporting this exact same behavior recently. Could you please investigate if there is a known bug affecting account setups for AI Premium users?
