Hello Google AI Studio Team,
I urgently need assistance recovering an application that disappeared from my Google AI Studio account.
I did not intentionally delete this application.
The application was a functional system that I actively used for hospital quota management. I attempted to access it again recently and discovered that the entire application had disappeared from Google AI Studio.
The original URL now returns an error. The application no longer appears in my projects, and its prompts/workspace history are also unavailable.
Application identification
Application name: Controle de Cotas Hospitalares
App ID / SPANNER ID:
e2a3a384-d264-4616-99c0-a3fb7baf59a8
Original AI Studio URL:
https://aistudio.google.com/apps/e2a3a384-d264-4616-99c0-a3fb7baf59a8?fullscreenApplet=true
Source type recorded by AI Studio: SPANNER
An older revision of the applet_access_history.json file automatically maintained in my Google Drive contains the following record for this application:
Name: Controle de Cotas Hospitalares
Description:
“Sistema de controle de cota de consultas e exames por cidade e especialidade. Permite lançamento de paciente em lotes, consultas de saldos com alertas visuais e visualização gerencial.”
First access recorded:
2026-06-12T02:48:24.541968Z
Last access recorded in this revision:
2026-08-31T20:32:10.915584Z
The old history file explicitly associates this application with the SPANNER ID:
e2a3a384-d264-4616-99c0-a3fb7baf59a8
However, the application entry is no longer present in the current applet_access_history.json.
This means I have an older AI Studio-generated record confirming that the application existed under my account, while the corresponding entry has disappeared from the current history.
Why recovery is urgent
This was not a draft or experimental application.
It had evolved into an operational tool with significant logic and configuration developed over time.
Among its capabilities were:
-
processing raw pasted text;
-
AI-assisted interpretation and organization of the input;
-
automatic transformation of unstructured information into structured columns;
-
organization of hospital quotas by city and specialty;
-
batch patient processing;
-
quota balance management;
-
visual alerts;
-
management views;
-
multiple document layouts;
-
automatic PDF generation/export.
A significant amount of iterative work, prompts, application logic, layouts and workflow refinement is contained in this project.
Recreating it from scratch is therefore not equivalent to simply recreating its interface.
I need to use this system operationally again within approximately 12 days, which makes recovery of the original workspace extremely important.
What I am requesting
Could the Google AI Studio team please investigate the backend state associated with:
e2a3a384-d264-4616-99c0-a3fb7baf59a8
Specifically, I would greatly appreciate verification of whether any of the following still exists server-side:
-
SPANNER application/workspace record;
-
application source code;
-
prompts and conversation/build history;
-
workspace snapshots or revisions;
-
generated application files;
-
previous application state;
-
deleted or orphaned project records;
-
backups or recoverable snapshots associated with this App ID.
If the original application can be restored to my account, that would be the preferred solution.
If full restoration is not possible, I would greatly appreciate recovery or export of any available source code, prompts, workspace history, configuration, snapshots or application data associated with this App ID.
Evidence available
I can provide:
-
The original Google AI Studio application URL.
-
The old
applet_access_history.jsonretrieved from my Google Drive. -
The exact SPANNER/App ID.
-
The application’s name and description as recorded by Google AI Studio.
-
Additional account information privately if required to verify ownership.
I can attach the historical JSON file to this report.
Because this appears to involve disappearance of an application rather than an intentional deletion, I would appreciate if this could be escalated for backend investigation before any potentially recoverable server-side data expires or is permanently removed.
Thank you very much for your assistance.
