My Google Account has been hacked recently. The hacker has immediately changed my recovery phone number, and now I am completely stuck in an account recovery loop. Every time I pass the Passkey verification and click “Try another way”, it keeps redirecting me back to the hacker’s phone number.
This account is extremely important to me because it has an active Google AI Studio / Google Cloud subscription attached to it with my payment details. I am deeply concerned about unauthorized billing and API misuse by the hacker.
Since the automated account recovery system is not providing me any other verification options (like recovery email or security questions) on my trusted device, I request a Google Community Moderator or Support Staff to please escalate this issue to the internal accounts and security team.
I can provide any necessary billing proof, previous passwords, or account creation details to verify my ownership.
