I am currently facing similar situation and while my defense is there re no logs in the logs explorer showing we used it, they are saying its because we chnaged the billing account that is why the logs are not thereSo what do you say about the other logs that are still showing. Sometimes I fee like the support don’t understand their own product or they do that intentionally. Got charge over $70,000 for Google Gemini usage which we never used
