Your chosen platform, Kaggle, has a critical, system-breaking bug that has made it impossible for me to complete my coursework. This is not a minor issue; this is a complete failure that is causing me to miss my assignment and lose out on course rewards.

Here is the exact problem:

  1. The course assignment notebook requires the “Internet” toggle to be ON to function (to get secrets, which avoids a gaierror).

  2. To turn on the internet, Kaggle forces a Phone Verification.

  3. Your phone verification system is BROKEN. It is stuck in an infinite “Session expired” loop.

This bug has completely blocked me from my assignment, which is due tomorrow, November 11th, at 11:00 AM IST.

I have spent the last several hours, late into the night, trying to solve your technical problem instead of doing my assignment. This is harassment.

I have tried every possible solution:

  • Clearing my entire browser cache, cookies, and history.

  • Trying on Google Chrome.

  • Trying on Microsoft Edge.

  • Trying on my mobile phone’s browser.

The “Session expired” error happens on EVERY platform. This is a hard lock on my account.

Because of Google’s decision to use this faulty Kaggle platform, I am now facing the direct consequences:

  1. I will fail my assignment due tomorrow.

  2. I will be ineligible for the Google swags and other rewards promised for this course.

  3. I have wasted an entire evening fighting a bug instead of learning.

This is unacceptable. A quick search reveals this is a common, known bug on Kaggle, yet you (Google) continue to host your flagship AI courses on it, setting your students up for failure.

This has destroyed my trust in this program. I expect a formal apology and, more importantly, I expect you to take responsibility for this failure. You need to fix your platform and create a fair resolution for all the students like me who are being punished by your broken system.

I demand an immediate investigation into this and a resolution.
