I demand immediate deletion of all data processed under false tier conditions.

I was on Paid Tier with remaining credits. The system silently switched me to Free Tier without warning. Confidential data submitted under Paid Services protection was treated as Free Tier data and may have been used for training.

This violates Gemini API Paid Services terms.

Please:

  1. Permanently delete all related prompts, logs, cached data and files.
  2. Confirm in writing the data was not and will not be used for training.
  3. Provide a case number.
