I have been experiencing persistent issues for several days and require urgent assistance. On Vertex AI, I am unable to generate more than 4–6 images per day. Every attempt results in the “exhausted” error message, making it impossible to work.
Within Google AI Cloud, I cannot even load images for editing. The system displays a red line surrounding the image and reports token errors. I am on a paid account, yet these issues completely prevent me from building my project. I have also encountered internal errors and token mismatches intermittently.
I rely on these platforms for my workflow, and these issues are significantly affecting my work. I would greatly appreciate it if this could be escalated and resolved promptly so I can continue using my paid account and credits effectively.
