[URGENT] AI Ultra Subscriber (€140/mo) - Access Blocked on Antigravity - Ticket #5-0943000040123

I am a Google AI Ultra subscriber. Since 16/03/2026, I have been unable to access Antigravity. The browser returns success but the software just stand blocked in the login interface.

I have already contacted Google One support, but they were unable to provide technical assistance for Antigravity.

Details:

  • Plan: Google AI Ultra (€140/mo)

  • Service: Antigravity IDE

  • Ticket ID: 5-0943000040123

  • Region: Italy (EU)

  • Troubleshooting done: Cleared cache, tried Incognito, tried different log in approaches. No effect.

This is a business-critical issue causing financial loss. I need an escalation to the engineering team or the Billing/Identity Sync department.

To ensure our engineering team can investigate and resolve these issues effectively, we highly recommend filing bug reports directly through the Antigravity in-app feedback tool. You can do this by navigating to the top-right corner of the interface, clicking the Feedback icon, and selecting Report Issue.

@Abhijit_Pramanik Rather than giving users the same repetitive responses, it would be extremely helpful if your team actually took action and fixed the issue.

Hi! I had the same problem. After two days of troubleshooting, I found a fix: install an older version of Antigravity, for example 1.18.3, and sign in there first. It should prompt you for additional verification, and then let you into the app. After that, you can update to the latest version.
