# Unexpected global shape for user\_input.visi

Trying to stream audio and video with text response and am getting this error after sending a few video frames.  
Exception Group: (ConnectionClosedError(Close(code=1007, reason=‘Request trace id: f2eca90b1ca504ce, [ORIGINAL ERROR] generic::invalid\_argument: Unexpected global shape for user\_input.visi’), Close(code=1007, reason=‘Request trace id: f2eca90b1ca504ce, [ORIGINAL ERROR] generic::invalid\_argument: Unexpected global shape for user\_input.visi’), True),)

Sometimes this error also appears.

Hi @Patrick_Shouse @fatwang2,

A stable version of gemini-2.5-pro - most powerful with adaptive thinking was released yesterday.. Please try with the new models and let me know if you are still facing issues.

Hope the issue gets resolved with newer models.
