Need urgent support. Have tried all the recommended methods, such as clearing cookies/cache, new browser, sharing the project, duplicating etc.
I currently utilize Google Workspace and have plenty of credits available to utilize yet anytime I type a prompt I get the “Unavailable” symbol. When I attempt to use the suggested prompt from my previous update, this doesn’t return anything either and the prompt disappears as if it was never requested.
Please advise as this is a complete blocker for my development.
Hey @bturnerdev Welcome to the community. Can you make sure that number of daily credits limit got changed and you can verify from the settings. If still credits remained and showing unavailabe , could you provide me the screenshot.

Hey @bturnerdev we are actively looking into this issue as many of our users are facing it.
In the meantime, please keep trying after a while. Also, if possible, please try logging into a separate account and let me know if you are facing the same issue there as well.
