Unable to chat with Gemini on the antigravity : Error 400 - Invalid Project Resource Name

Hi Everyone,

I am writing to seek urgent help regarding a persistent issue with the Gemini integration in Antigravity. I have been stuck for days and am feeling quite frustrated.

The Problem:

  • Initially: I was constantly getting Error 500 and was unable to chat with Gemini.

  • Currently: For the past few days, it has shifted to Error 400. As shown in the attached screenshot, the specific error message is: “Invalid project resource name.”

  • Status: I have even upgraded to the Gemini Ultra plan during this period, but the issue persists.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken (Based on similar forum cases): I have already tried the following, but none worked:

  1. Account Change: Removed Gmail and logged back in with my original email.

  2. Clean Slate: Cleared cache, local data, and environment variables multiple times.

  3. Session Reset: Logged out and back in.

  4. Clean Install: Fully uninstalled and reinstalled the application.

  5. Google Cloud Configuration: Created a project in Google Cloud Console and manually entered the Project ID into the settings.

Despite all these efforts, I still cannot initiate a conversation with Gemini within Antigravity. I have been struggling with this for a long time and am feeling quite desperate for a solution.

Could the support team or anyone with similar experience please look into this? I would really appreciate any guidance.
