I am unable to activate biometric authentication. The system prompts me to set up a screen lock. However, when I try to set any of these, the screen goes blank and the system freezes or lags, preventing me from completing the setup and looping back to the security settings. I have cleared my browser cache and tried multiple browsers, but the issue persists.
