# Unable to access flow or generate videos in gemini on Ultra plan

this screen is all i get when trying to access flow, on any other account its fine but this account is one i have the AI Ultra plan on, is it possible to be banned? I have never generated NSFW content or anything racy, I only use VEO for creating advertisements

- **Check Region:** Confirm that the feature is currently available in your country/region.

- **Browser Troubleshooting:** Clear your browser cache or try accessing the page in Incognito mode.

In Gemini ai the my image edit wasn’t working and I can’t get in to google flow because it isn’t available in my region yet! please help!
