I want to train my Antigravity .
I want to train my Antigravity to accustom with my prompt behavior .
Say I would like to say –
”Start where we last stopped” or something similar phase .. Antigravity will jump to the last projected I was working, start from the last where sesstion was halt .
How to do it ?
Is there any way to build a file where I can put my custom prompt ? or may be another way unknown to me .
I am very new to the world of Antigravity, I am in love with Antigravity now ![]()
My code Knowledge is zero .
Learning – self learning
Thanks to all members and Antigravity team .
there absolultely is - click the three dots on the top right, then click Customizations.
it will show this menu.
”rules” are like the “custom gems” that you may know from gemini.google.com and the “workflows” are like readymade queries that you have ready to be called on with the forward slash.
going to copy paste a bit from aimode.google.com also so you can see what it says on it
To use persistent prompts, also known as “baked-in” instructions, with Gemini Gems in Google Antigravity, use the Rules feature. Rules in Antigravity act as a permanent System Instruction that the AI must follow across every prompt in a project.
Setting up a “Gem” in Antigravity
Open Customizations: Click the three dots (•••) in the top-right corner of the Agent Panel and select Customizations.
Add a Rule:
Global Rules: Use these for instructions (e.g., “Always write in Python” or “Never use comments”) that apply across all projects. These are stored in
~/.gemini/GEMINI.md.Workspace Rules: Use these for instructions specific to the current project (e.g., “Follow this specific file structure”). These are in the project’s
.agents/rules/folder.Bake in the Instructions: Give the rule a name and paste the persistent instructions into the body.
Save: These rules are automatically injected into the agent’s context window. The agent “remembers” them for every prompt.
Quick Comparison
Feature Gemini Gems Antigravity Rules Purpose Specialized standalone chatbot IDE-wide coding behavior Persistence Baked into the specific Gem Baked into the Workspace or Global config Activation Open the Gem specifically Always on by default
Pro Tip: For an “on-demand” prompt, use Workflows. Trigger these by typing
/followed by the workflow name.
Do you understand scripting? Do you understand the purpose of providing a knowledge based to your agent? If you continue to use catchalls instead of individual custom units that you create a relationship with you will never accomplish what you’re looking for as stated here.
thank you sir , I will try to follow .
