I want to develop a chatbot with the Gemini API but based on a builder like Chatrace. Is it allowed to develop with this platform or any other???

I was referring to the contest, if it is possible to create a chatbot with a builder like Chatrace to enter it into the contest. Is it valid? Can we participate in the contest this way?
