Subject: Ultra Family Plan - Unable to Access Claude Opus 4.6
I am an Ultra subscriber on a Family Plan. Currently, my account is completely unable to use Claude Opus 4.6. It always switches to an obviously lower-tier/inferior model instead. I never experience this issue in Cursor.
Please investigate why my account is being downgraded and ensure I have proper access to Claude Opus 4.6 as part of my Ultra subscription.
