There's a bug in the prompt editor

There is a bug in the prompt editor text area. I think some of the characters are escaping the rendering of the text to HTML content. Please checkout the image attached.

I don’t know where to report this so I just added it here in the forum, let me know if there is more formal place to post this bug.
