I was getting “failed to send” error when I tried to send prompts in agent manager so I followed advice in forums to “Reset Onboarding” with “ctrl+shift+p”. Now I am unable to log back in with oAuth due to the “There was an unexpected issue setting up your account” notification whenever I try.
