I am posting this because I am losing my mind trying to get the new AI Studio update to actually work. For the last day, the ‘Build’ feature has been completely useless. Every time I upload a simple .txt file and hit go, the system just says it is ‘Thinking’ or ‘Running’ and then stays that way forever.
I literally sat there and watched the timer hit 10,000 seconds. That is almost three hours of my life gone waiting for a single line of code that never showed up.
It does not matter which model I pick. I have tried Gemini 3.1 Pro and the Flash models, and they all do the same thing. The window stays blank, the little icon just spins, and nothing happens. I have refreshed the page and cleared my browser data a dozen times, but it seems like the backend is just dead or unable to read my files.
Can someone please look into why the workers are hanging? It feels like the system is just staring at my file and forgetting to actually start the job.
