After reading all of the concerns I just need to put out my perspective, as I am generally disheartened with the way things are going.
I have used Google products for as long as I can remember and paid 0 cents for any of them. Fast forward I get a pro subscription to try out antigravity, and I was blown away by its capabilities, but also how it has been a partner in learning other tools and methods along the way. After hitting quota limit hell I decided to go all in on Ultra, and I was not one bit disappointed and screamed from the rooftops about how amazing it was!
It seems like the real push here is for us to enable our over usage limits to squeeze a couple more cents out of us, which is understandable if that’s the way they want to go business wise, but model wise I feel like it has become less cooperative, buggy and pretty unusable.
I just spent my Friday evening trying to complete some very simple tasks going around in circles that only a couple days ago would have been a breeze, so for me it seems I will have to start thinking about other tools . There will be other people like me that went from 0 to 200 a month then back to 0 at this rate.
I think the team running this project really needs to listen to community on this one because we have seen the potential of this product and it would be a shame to see it sunset ![]()
