The 3x limit actually refreshes for 5 days

I have a pro subscription. I used my first Flash 3.5 update, and it said it would update in 5 hours. Hours passed, and now it says I have to wait 5 days, and my quota has only been reset to 40%. I had no expectations with the announcement of the new 3x update, but they continue to disappoint me more and more.
