System stuck on loading after internal error

Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with the platform.

I receive the message “An internal error occurred”, but at the same time the process “Analyzing Button Interaction” keeps running indefinitely.

The platform stays stuck on “Preparing system resources – Enjoy these tips while you wait”, and it never finishes loading.

Additionally, when I try to make any changes, the system keeps loading and never completes the action.

Could you please explain what might be causing this issue and how I can fix it?

To fix the loading issue, try reducing your input context or temporarily switching to another model (e.g., from Flash to Pro) to see if that works.
If the issue persists, wait a few minutes and retry your request.
