After more than a week of abysmal experience and loss of productivity, I’m out.
Figured they’d get it resolved after a couple days, would communicate after a few if not, and certainly both within a week.
No communicado and no resolution. Didn’t realize what I was missing with essentially 0 rate limiting on codex…
I know Google isn’t known for their rapid responses. But the amount of issues, the complete silence both to feedback, bug reports, support inquiries and so forth is absolutely out of scale. And that’s without considering the fact that they silently, without notification, changes peoples paid plans.
I’m on the Pro plan on of Codex - absolutely top product, it just works and if you’re using medium reasoning, i can work on 5-6 projects concurrently and I don’t exhaust my quota. So absolutely win for Codex.
