Hi Antigravity Community & Support Team,
I’m posting here to seek community guidance and, if possible, escalation to the engineering or support team regarding the suspension of my Antigravity access.
Issue Summary
- Product: Antigravity CLI
- Error: 403 – “This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service”
- Subscription: Google One AI Pro
What Happened
My Antigravity access was suspended without any prior warning or notification. I have not received any explanation of which specific Terms of Service rule was allegedly violated.
My Usage
I am a software engineer. I use Antigravity exclusively through the official CLI for personal work — writing code, researching, debugging etc. I do not use it for any commercial or prohibited purposes.
Request
Could a community manager or product expert please help escalate this case for a manual review? As a Google One AI Pro subscriber, I rely on this service for my daily workflow and would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving the issue.
