Subject: Paid personal account cannot sign in to Antigravity, while another account works on the same device

I am reporting an account-specific login issue with Antigravity.

My Google account is a personal account, and it is the same account used for my paid Google AI Pro subscription. However, Antigravity does not let me complete sign-in with this account.

What I already verified:

  • Same computer

  • Same browser

  • Same network

  • Another Google account can sign in successfully

  • Only my paid personal account fails

This strongly suggests the issue is not related to my local device, browser, or network. It appears to be an account-level entitlement, eligibility, or provisioning problem.

Observed behavior:

  • Browser authentication completes successfully

  • After authentication, Antigravity does not complete the login flow

  • The app remains stuck on the sign-in/setup process or does not redirect properly

  • I also observed a frontend error during the callback flow: Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<'

  • I also saw a browser warning related to auth-success?app=antigravity, which may indicate the callback is returning unexpected HTML instead of the expected response

Troubleshooting already attempted:

  • Restarted the application

  • Retried sign-in multiple times

  • Used the same machine/environment where another account works

  • Confirmed the failing account is the paid personal account

Because another account works correctly under the exact same conditions, this looks like a backend account-recognition, entitlement, or provisioning issue affecting this specific paid account.

Please verify:

  1. That the paid Google AI Pro subscription is correctly attached to this exact Google account

  2. That this account is eligible for Antigravity access

  3. That there is no backend provisioning, OAuth callback, entitlement, or payment-profile issue preventing login for this account

  4. Whether this account is in a broken or partially provisioned state for Antigravity

Please treat this as an account-specific service/access issue rather than a local troubleshooting case.
