Hello Google Support,
I am a Google AI Pro subscriber and I am having a problem with Google AI Studio.
When I use AI Studio with my existing project, the AI gets stuck showing “Working…” and does not complete the task or return a response. I have tried stopping the task, refreshing/reopening AI Studio, starting a new session, and using very short prompts, but the same problem continues.
For example, even when I send a simple instruction such as:
“Reply only with READY. Do not inspect or modify the project.”
it remains stuck on “Working…”.
This is preventing me from continuing development of my project.
Please check whether there is a problem with my AI Studio account, project, agent/session, quota, or backend service and help me resolve it.
I can provide screenshots, project details, browser/device information, or error logs if required.
