Subject: Existing AI Studio project only shows “Create new repository”

Hello Google AI Studio team,

I authorized the Google AI Studio GitHub App successfully.

GitHub account:
gaur24580

Existing private repository:
gaur24580/phss-travel-club

The repository is visible in GitHub, and I granted Google AI Studio access to this repository with read/write permissions.

However, inside my existing Google AI Studio project, under Settings → GitHub, I only see:

“Sync to GitHub”
“A new GitHub repository will be created”
“Create new repository”

There is no option to select or reconnect my existing repository.

I do not want to create a duplicate repository because I want to preserve the existing repository and project history.

Please advise how I can connect this existing AI Studio project to the existing GitHub repository.

I can provide screenshots or a screen recording if required.

Thank you.

Hello @Himanshu_G ,

Can you share the Applet ID and the screen recording for the GitHub issue?(save the video to Drive and create a sharable link.)
