Hi. I recently subscribed to the Google AI Pro plan (using the 3-month promo). However, I cannot link it to my Google AI Studio account.
Steps to reproduce:
In Google AI Studio, I select the “Google AI” option in the bottom left corner.
I click “Continue with a Google AI plan”.
It redirects me to the Google One subscription page, which correctly states that I have an active AI Pro subscription.
When I return to Google AI Studio, I see the “Checking Google AI status…” banner.
After a few minutes, the banner disappears, and I get the error: “Something went wrong, please refresh and try again in a few minutes”.
What I’ve tried:
Tested in Chrome Incognito mode (same error).
Cleared all cookies and cache.
This has been happening consistently for the last 3 days.
Could someone from the Google team please look into this and manually check or resync my account’s entitlements? Thank you!
