Stitch project stuck on loading screen - Need Help

My Stitch project is stuck on loading screen. I tried many attempts to solve the problem, but to no avail. I need help.

Hi,

Kindly, help me with the problem below. For the past 3 days, Stitch has stopped completing my project and keeps displaying this message:

An unexpected error occurred. Stitch was unable to complete the build. Please try again later.

Please resolve this as soon as possible so I can finish my project.

Hi,

When I tried to use Stitch on ipad, it was fine at first, but then it started repeatedly reloading and then crashing, this only happens when I open the project. I tried working on Chrome and on Safari.

This error is constant and has happened for a day.

Hey @LP1324, based on the images you provided, this looks like an iPad memory (RAM) limitation rather than a platform bug.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps to free up system resources:

  1. Swipe up and completely close out every single app running in the background to maximize available RAM for your browser.

  2. If you have a massive workspace with a high volume of screens, try opening it on a laptop or desktop computer to split that single, large project into two or three smaller workspaces.

  3. If you are running any ad-blockers or translation extensions on Safari or Chrome, disable them temporarily, as they consume the same tab memory space.
