Starting a Tensorflow User Group

I want to start a Tensorflow User group in my area. I found an application for it, but it asks for a website/meetup link. But before investing time and money on meetup group/website, I would like an official affirmation. What should I do?

Hi @Siddharth_Das, For creating a new user group you must follow the below steps.

  • The group should demonstrate the clear purpose and benefit of TensorFlow.
  • Two or more contributors of tensorflow willing to act as group leads.

Approval for the group will be given by a decision of the TF Community team, defined as being the maintainers of the tensorflow/community project.

Before entering the formal parts of the process, it is advisable to consult with the TensorFlow community team, community-team@tensorflow.org.
