Hi Google AI Studio team,
I deployed a full-stack production website from Google AI Studio Build Mode using the Google Cloud Starter Tier.

I am trying to upgrade this existing Starter Tier project to a standard Google Cloud project so I can connect a custom domain.
I have already created and activated a Google Cloud billing account and completed the required CA$40 prepayment. However, the project infinite-dialect-qvd6f is still shown as a Starter Tier project and remains linked to Cloud Run SaaS Tenant Billing Account 18.
In Cloud Run → Domain mappings, I receive:
“You don’t have permission to create domain mappings.”
The project also does not appear in my normal Google AI Studio Projects list, so I cannot use the documented Starter Tier → standard project upgrade flow.
The application is currently live and working at its existing AI Studio/Cloud Run URL, so I do not want to create a new project or migrate the application.
Could you please check the Starter Tier provisioning/upgrade state for this project and enable or complete the in-place upgrade while preserving the existing Cloud Run service, Firestore data, and deployment URL?
