[Resolved] Claude usage reset time showing 4 days (Ultra for Business)

It seems to be working normally now. The usage reset timer has returned to the correct 5-hour cycle.

I am still not sure what caused the issue, but thank you for your support.

1. Account Info

  • Plan: AI Ultra for Business

2. Issue Details

  • Expected Behavior: Ultra models should reset every 5 hours and should not have weekly limits (unlike Pro models).

  • Actual Behavior: The usage reset timer for Claude is currently showing 4 days remaining.

3. Request

  • Please check if a weekly limit is incorrectly applied to my Ultra account or if this is a system error.
